Legend Medium™

Legend Medium™ will quickly and safely establish the aquarium biofilter in freshwater systems

A myriad composed of aerobic, anaerobic, and adventitious bacteria facilitates the breakdown of waste organics, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. The bacteria employed by Legend Medium™ are non-sulfur fixing and will not produce toxic hydrogen sulfide.

Legend Medium™ is completely harmless to all aquatic organisms as well as aquatic plants, thus there is no danger of overuse.

Legend Medium™ adds highly effective live bacteria and thus promotes permanent biological activity in the aquarium.

Shake the bottle vigorously to mix the bacteria. For average water, conditions add 5 mL for each 40 L Legend Medium™ before the aquarium water was treated with Legend Priority™.  Dose the entire system volume once. Do not overcrowd the tank. Prevent ammonia and nitrite spikes by feeding fish lightly when applying Legend Medium™.

Monitor ammonia and nitrite levels and slightly increase feeding rate after 4 consecutive days of at, or near, 0 ppm ammonia and nitrite concentrations. Gradually increase to normal feeding levels.
